This game was created for the Global Game Jam 2016, this page is to host a working version of what was submitted.

Created for the iThrive Empathy Challenge, this choose your own adventure game created with Twine is meant to encourage empathy in teens. The player fills the role of the understudy for their high school production of Hamlet. Through their interactions with their fellow thespians, the player uncovers clues to the struggles behind the cast's behaviors. After curtain call, the player is awarded accomplishments for their expressions of empathy, and is reminded of the areas of opportunity where they could have better empathized with their peers. Behind the Scenes is a look at what we are all having to deal with.
